Welcome to Glenview Hideaway—your peaceful escape on Little Glen Lake. This charming red cottage blends original character with modern comfort. Enjoy a private dock, fire pit, kayak, and paddleboard. Perfect for relaxing, swimming, or exploring nearby Sleeping Bear Dunes. A cozy lakefront retreat for families, couples, and friends alike! The space Two distinct sections of this vacation home The classic Style Cottage on one floor: -Large living area with lake views, small kitchen, NOTE: Fieldstone fireplace is not useable. -Full Bathroom with walk in shower -Bedroom with Queen Bed, and Bedroom with 2 twin beds on the main floor *This area does have window air conditioning units as well as other portable air conditioners. It is not possible to have central air in this house. **This side of the home is closed off for the winter months beginning on November 1st and opening back up on May 15th due to it being originally an old cabin with no insulation. Modern home section - 2-stories Main floor: -Full kitchen, seated dining table for 8 with lake view -Bedroom with Queen bed, TV, portable a/c unit, and attached full bathroom with tub and shower. 2nd floor: -2 bedrooms each with Queen beds, both with tv's and portable a/c units. -In upstairs sitting area (w/ TV) the large cushioned seat is also a daybed. -One full bathroom with shower only NOTE: there is an additional vanity with a sink upstairs near bedrooms Other things to note The cabin side of the house is only available from May 15 until late October, depending on temperatures, as there is no heat or insulation on that side of the house. Cleaning fees and prices will be lowered to match that time period. Please note, that since this is an older house, it does not have central air conditioning and is not possible to have it installed as there is no ductwork. Portable a/c units and windows units are installed in every bedroom during the summer, but the older section of the house can still get rather warm during the warmer months.
