This memorable place is anything but ordinary! Unique and newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment inside of beautiful horse training facility. See the horses outside your bedroom window. Two windows in each bedroom overlook horse stalls, inside barn as well a beautiful outdoor views. Beautiful bridlepaths to walk and enjoy peaceful nature and horses. This place is unlike anything you have ever seen. The space 33 acres of space and groomed trails to walk, run and enjoy the sights and horses. Guest access Enjoy Full Access to Your Private 2-Bedroom Apartment on a Working Horse Farm Welcome to your own spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment, located above the shared main entrance to our horse stable. The entrance area features a peaceful fountain, a comfortable seating area, and a viewing room where you can safely admire the horses in the barn below. The property also offers four picnic tables for your use—perfect for relaxing and taking in the beautiful countryside. Guests are welcome to wander the property and enjoy the farm atmosphere. We kindly ask that you do not pet the horses or enter their stalls for everyone’s safety. Other things to note Please Note: This is a working horse barn. We have 24 horses that live in the stalls directly below the apartment. As a result, you may hear typical horse-related noises such as neighing, kicking, moving around, and rolling—especially during feeding times at 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM, when activity is at its peak. We also conduct riding lessons on-site, so you may hear the downstairs door opening and closing occasionally. That said, my clients are respectful and do their best to minimize noise when we have guests. The apartment is upstairs, so you do you have to walk up a long flight of stairs.
