The space There are 2 en-suites, all air-conditioned, kitchen, brewery and gourmet outdoor area. We have TV in the living room and bedrooms and free Wi-Fi. The rent already includes water and gas kitchen expenses. The place is ideal for those who want to rest and enjoy the beauty of the coast with tranquility and security (24-hour security/gated community). Close to the condominium you can enjoy good restaurants, bars, pizzeria, shopping, supermarket, in addition to being very close to Praia do Forte and 45 km from Luis Eduardo Magalhães Airport. Note 1: The maximum accommodation is 6 (six) people. Note 2: The rental amount does not include energy consumption, which will be measured by reading the meter during the rental period. The measurement is made by the difference in kw between the photos taken at the guest's check-in and check-out, and multiplied by R$ 1.40. This consumption is paid at check-out via bank transfer or Pix.
