This is an older home and it does not have a central AC unit throughout the house. However, there is a portable large AC unit installed in the living rooms main window. There are fans throughout the house. *Queen Air mattress is available *There is a room in the house that is off-limits. It is completely locked. It is my personal room when I go and stay there. This room is not available to anyone. *No access to the basement.
