The accommodation is located on the second floor of a detached house consisting of two units and can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a large open space area with a kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-point induction hob, spacious refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, centrifuge, tea towels, pots and dishes. In the living area, there is a 55-inch Smart TV and a large, comfortable sofa with a chaise longue that can be converted into a double bed through a simple and quick mechanism. The bathroom has a double sink, toilet, bidet and large walk-in shower; towels, toilet paper, hairdryer and courtesy kit (shampoo, shower gel, vanity kit, dental kit, shave kit) are included. From the balcony equipped with a small table and two chairs, the view of the surrounding peaks is enchanting, especially in winter at sunset when the snow-capped peaks are colored with a magical pink. In the loft, there are two bedrooms with windows and motorized shutters to enjoy the view of the stars from the bed. The rooms are equipped with high quality mattresses and pillows and bed linen is included. All rooms and bedrooms are equipped with cooling and underfloor heating, managed with adjustable autonomous thermostats. The apartment is about a 10-minute drive from the historic center of Trento and is easily accessible by public transport, in less than 20 minutes by bus (the stop is 50 m from the accommodation). The same bus also leads to Trento Central Train Station. Casa Origini is located in the quiet suburb of Villamontagna and overlooks the main square of the village, a wonderful terrace overlooking the city of Trento, the valley with the vineyards and the surrounding mountains. Villamontagna on Mount Calisio is among the villages in Italy that enjoys the most hours of sunshine, but at the same time its altitude (560 meters above sea level) guarantees a pleasant evening coolness in summer. In the immediate vicinity there are free parking lots, the bus stop, bar/tobacco shop, supermarket, children's playground and playgrounds for children, hiking routes both on foot and by bicycle. About 3 km away there is a pharmacy, ATM, newsstand and numerous restaurants and pizzerias.
