This includes both bedrooms, bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, in-unit laundry, and the private workspace. You'll also have full access to one assigned parking space in the gated garage, as well as two street parking permits. The building is secure with gated entry and elevator access—no shared spaces inside the unit, ensuring complete privacy and comfort. Other things to note 24 Hour Communication: Our team is available 24/7 while you're staying with us. If anything comes up during your stay, day or night, you'll always be able to reach a real person via text, app or phone call. By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement. Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed! Pets are welcome at this property with prior approval and under specific conditions. Only one dog is allowed per stay, and the pet must be disclosed at the time of booking. A pet fee will be applied to the reservation. Please note that cats are strictly prohibited, as the homeowner has a severe allergy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all guests. For stays over 30 days, we offer optional mid-stay cleanings for an additional fee. These provide a full refresh of the home and linens, and we recommend scheduling one every 15 days. Our professional housekeeping team is paid a fair, livable wage and plays a vital role in ensuring each stay is comfortable and exceptionally clean. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine. Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property’s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges.
