We also manage the home next door (same layout and amenities) - please reach out for information! •Oversized garage parking for vehicles, UTV's and some trailers - 108" clearance, 280" wide, 24' 6" deep •Driveway parking for extra vehicles and nearby parking available for large trailers and oversized vehicles. Please note there are HOA parking rules. A maximum of 4 cars is allowed and vehicle information must be provided before arrival. •The Lionsback Resort Community is currently being developed and so guests may see and hear construction activities during their stay. Construction working hours are limited and will not impact your evening enjoyment of the area. •Lionsback Club Amenities, including the pool, are NOT available to guests at this time. These are privately owned. –About Your Host– Moab Vacation Rental Collective (VRC), is a professional management company that takes pride in delivering a consistent, high-quality experience across all of our homes. The VRC difference means that when you stay with us, you can always expect: •Locally owned & operated service with a personal touch and knowledge of the area •24/7 guest communication if anything arises during your stay •Lightning-fast response times whenever you need assistance •Professionally cleaned & maintained properties Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
