Open floor plan is equipped with a stocked full kitchen, a 65” Roku TV in the common room, a 12ft sofa & a futon sofa, king bdrm with a 40” Roku TV. Air mattress available on request. The space Our property is located 2 minutes from the entrance of Lake McMurtry, East. Please note that Lake McMurtry Road actually turns into “Chisholm” about 2 miles east from the lake (and our home). We have a gate out front that remains open and that will lead to your rental. Guest access The barndominium is located on the right at the end of the driveway. Follow welcome signs on the right of driveway. Please message if extra parking is needed and I’d be happy to accommodate. Other things to note Privacy disclosure; I have a private office that is attached to the rental unit and faces the street (black door). This office is not used during rental occupancy but does have an adjoining door that is securely locked on both sides during all stays. There is also a storage closet that is inside the rental that contains cleaning supplies and storage and is never accessible during a rental occupancy.
