Located 500m from Perequê Beach our house of 160m2 sleeps up to 6 people in two bedrooms, one of them being a double suite. Our house has a garden, balcony and portable barbecue, ideal to enjoy family days. The space As soon as you enter the house, the guest will have access to a cozy balcony with sun loungers, hammocks and table. Entering the house, we have an open concept space that integrates living room and kitchen. The living room has a sofa and A TV and the kitchen has utensils needed for a practical stay. We sleep up to 6 people in a suite with double bed and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Both rooms have split air conditioning At the back of the house, we have an outdoor area with garden and a portable barbecue. In addition, we offer WI-FI if the guest needs to do home office on the beach. We also have an internal garage for up to 2 cars. Guest access All spaces of the property have accessibility, since it is a small house. Other things to note - We offer bed linen, bath towels and pillows. We do not provide beach towels. - The alley that leads to the house is narrow. It is recommended to use smaller cars to cross it. If you use larger cars, you need to be careful. - Small pets allowed, upon request.
