Serenica by the Water

Welcome to the Serenica Landship! Itching to try tiny living? Comfy, cozy, modern, beautifully renovated and updated RV 30 minutes south of Tulsa, Oklahoma. If you're looking for a serene, one-of-a-kind experience in nature but with the comforts of home, this place is calling your name. The space Fully renovated, stationary, Firan Raven Class A Motorhome, parked on our property in Beggs, OK. You'll feel right at home in this provisional tiny home with a queen-size bed, ample closet space, extra blankets, free WiFi, a 32-inch smart TV you can use to log in to your favorite streaming apps, a nice big bathroom with a stand-up shower and separate/private water closet with bathroom essentials like shampoo, conditioner, razors, q-tips, and feminine hygiene products included. The kitchen includes a microwave, electric cooktop and full-size fridge, (oven and built-in range are not available at this time), and the cutest little booth to eat at or serve as a desk/working space should you need one! You'll also have a french press, coffee maker and coffee (with cream and sugar), kettle and various teas, bottled water, and a toaster at your disposal. Breakfast bars and snacks also stocked in case you get the munchies. The living space features a comfortable sofa that folds down to a twin-size bed (which can sleep one adult or two kids), a deceptively comfortable Eames-inspired chair, card and board games, and another 32-inch TV hidden behind the forest tapestry that plays DVDs, or stream with the Roku. This beauty is parked west of our home near our pond and dock and has its own parking, accessible from our driveway. Our home is located in a quiet rural neighborhood, distanced from neighbors. We'll never enter Serenica during your stay unless requested (although we may send the occasional text or message to check in and make sure you're doing okay!), and the only reason we may approach the space is to access our garden shed and greenhouse (both to be delivered in July). The best part? Our private pond with dock is ready for catch-and-release fishing (bring your own poles!), or take the boat and have a relaxing float amidst nature — frogs, turtles, cranes, hawks, eagles, beavers, and deer. Or sit next to the fire pit and watch the sun set while waiting for the stars and the fireflies to make their appearance.
