The house, independent and on three floors, is suitable for families and groups of up to 9 guests. Tastefully furnished, it features a large living room, perfect for enjoying warm and pleasant moments together. Modern comforts are available, including high-speed Wi-Fi. The space The apartment spans three floors and includes a living room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and one half-bath. With its spacious rooms, it’s ideal for families or groups of friends. It showcases original historical features like exposed beams and stone walls, while also offering all modern comforts. The large ground-floor living room is ideal for relaxation and socializing, with two comfortable sofas, a TV, and a dining table for 10. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, and all necessary utensils for cooking enthusiasts. A small half-bath completes the ground floor. The four bedrooms are cozy and spacious, with comfortable beds and ample closets. On the first floor, there’s a double bedroom and a twin room. The second floor has the same layout, plus a pull-out bed. High-quality linens, pillows, blankets, and duvets are provided. Each floor has a bright bathroom with modern fixtures and a spacious shower. To prevent waste, there are dispensers for shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap. Towel sets in various sizes, a hairdryer, and a washing machine are also provided for guests. Outside, there’s a ground-floor courtyard with two long tables and seating areas to enjoy the sun, as well as a first-floor terrace with a table and chairs. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Guest access The apartment has a private entrance on the ground floor, ensuring privacy and seclusion.
