Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, the horse stalls, trails, fire pits, and hot tub. The only two places not available to guests are the upstairs owner closet and the downstairs crawlspace. Other things to note - Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am. - For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay. - Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty. - 4WD may be necessary in the winter! - Wifi speed may vary & occasional service outages are beyond our control. **Please Note: There is a Wyze camera pointing at the front door and at the horse stable!
