Relax in chalet 'Forest Happiness' at Kniphorst recreation park, bordering Drentsche Aa National Park. Wake up to birds singing and walk straight from the backyard into the woods, past megaliths and with a chance to see deer. A beautiful place for walking and cycling enthusiasts who want to enjoy peace and nature. Assen and Groningen are also close by. Our chalet is intended exclusively for recreational stays (stays for work or business overnight stays are unfortunately not allowed). The space Chalet 'Forest Happiness' is the place to relax and unwind. Wake up to birds singing and enjoy a spacious living room with kitchen, dining table and bathroom. The chalet is ideal for two people and has an extra bedroom for a third guest. Outside, a spacious terrace, covered porch, picnic table, and BBQ await. Our chalet is exclusively intended for recreational stays, so that all guests can optimally enjoy peace, nature and relaxation (stays for work or business overnight stays are therefore unfortunately not allowed). Dogs are welcome in the almost completely fenced garden, and in the vicinity you will find plenty of beautiful hiking trails. Prefer to spend a day in the city? Assen and Groningen are close by. This way, you can enjoy a nice combination of peace, nature and lively city life. Guest access The entire chalet and garden is for the host. The host may use everything. Other things to note The chalet is located on a recreational park under development. Tourist tax (€1.50 p.p.p.n.) is settled just before arrival. Registration of your stay and passing on the license plate is mandatory for access via the barrier.
