The driveway is shared with another rental. Other things to note Sunrise Mountain Escape does share a driveway with another vacation rental that we own. Each guest do have their own privacy and designated parking space. We recommend that all guest purchase travel insurance. We do not accept guest alterations within two weeks of the reservation. However both of those are out of our control. We do not give refunds for power, weather or internet outages. If there would happen to be a power or internet outage please reach out to us immediately and we will get in touch with the internet and power companies right away. 4x4 is not required to access the property at all except in cases of snow. While we do our best to inform our guest about upcoming winter weather it is smart to always keep the weather checked while coming to the mountains in the winter. If you would happen to get your vehicle stuck in the snow or ice the guest are responsible for paying a towing company to pull them out. We will gladly give you recommendations on who to use.
