Casa-Complejo located in Acantilados neighborhood, Mar del Plata. It is located about 5 blocks from the beach. The house is equipped with refrigerator, washing machine, heaters in all environments, 43"smart TV, WIFI, DVD with movies for children and alarm. The neighborhood is very quiet with resident neighbors all year round, and is close to shops and proovedurias. The rental of the house is exclusive to COUPLES or FAMILIES of up to 4 people. There is currently an independent, one-room space. The space The neighborhood is very quiet, with friendly neighbors residing year-round. Guest access The house has a large enclosed park with perimeter wiring, a car entrance with stone jogger and lock. It has a small grill with wheels which allows you to roast next to the entrance of the house. Other things to note There is currently an independent single room space with entrance at the bottom of the lot. This space is for the use of our family or there could eventually be people we trust. The accommodation is for people who are originally on the reservation at the time of payment. If you want to spend the night other people should consult and see the possibility of an additional payment.
