The house includes three bedrooms: a spacious primary bedroom, a comfortable guest bedroom, and a third room that was originally an office and now functions as a bright sunroom—perfect for relaxing or as an additional sleeping space. Although there is one bathroom, prepare to be amazed by the oversized uniqueness of the space extremely versatile with "get ready with me" stations to a double shower head. This stunning space is a celebration of 1920s Art Deco luxury, featuring bold black, white and gold tones that create a rich Great Gatsby atmosphere. The living spaces are furnished with brand-new furniture, blending modern comfort with the home’s historic charm.
