This Tahoe home is a three-bedroom, two-bath residence located in Carnelian Bay (Agate Bay) just a ten minute walk to the beach or a 20 minute drive to Palisades/Alpine or Northstar. The living room is open to the kitchen and leads out to a large deck area perfect for grilling during the summer and building snowmen during the winter. If you are looking for a true Tahoe home, this is your cabin. The space The house is located in a residential neighborhood within a ten minute walk to the lake or a 15-20 minute drive to Northstar or Squaw Valley/Alpine. The house is located in between the two resorts which makes getting to the slopes or up to the mountain for hiking quick and simple. Rental #: STR22-6048 The two upstairs bedrooms are large and the house can accommodate up to 10 people. However, our nighttime occupancy is 8 guests excluding children under 12. (Daytime occupancy is 12 guests excluding children under 12.) Guest access The whole house! Three parking spaces are provided in the driveway (potentially more room in the summer months). On-street parking is NOT allowed in the winter. Other things to note We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you expect a snow storm, wildfire, or any other unforeseen complication that will either delay or cancel your trip. It is not typical to receive a refund due to weather. However, you can expect a full refund if you purchase travel insurance.
