Each morning you wake up you may get to experience, wild turkeys, deer grazing in the grass and swimming across the river, and a variety of other wildlife. Depending on the time of the year, if you sit at the river’s edge long enough, you may see steelhead and salmon, jumping in the incredible colors of the sunset sky. Enjoy a sparkling night sky where the stars are absolutely amazing because there are no streetlights down by the water’s edge. Regarding elevation for health concerns the elevation is about 1500 feet which is similar to surrounding towns. Shady Cove is a very small town which has most of the amenities that you would need. For a larger variety of stores, malls, bowling alley, theater Medford is a short 30min drive. The living room boasts a view overlooking the gorgeous Rogue River property. From the large deck immediately located off of the living room/kitchen door enjoy Fairytale like paved paths which wind through the foliage leading directly to the water’s edge. Riverfront access is fairly flat and expansive providing a beach like shoreline. Launch a kayak/raft or fly fish right in front of the property. Famous Steelhead and Salmon glisten in the sunset as they leap from the water, occasionally attracting a Bald Eagle or a Golden Eagle from the splash! This retreat comes with a 75 inch smart TV with a Sony sound system in case you like to watch loud movies like we do! Although the TV has multiple apps available with Starlink WiFi a plethora of DVD’s are also provided.
