Our condo is located on Santa Rosa Island, on the peaceful sound side of Navarre Beach. Gulf beach access is directly across the street; sound beach access is just a few steps from the unit. We are in the Gulf Island Condominiums complex. This strip of land is known for being one of the best places for those who enjoy sand and surf for their ultimate beach getaway. With your private balcony to enjoy, amazing sunsets, and serenity you'll be ready to have a relaxing yet memorable time. The space This quaint condo has a beautiful, newly updated kitchen with new quartz countertops and two barstools. All appliances are stainless steel. Master bedroom has en-suite full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Hallway has twin bunks with privacy curtains. The other full bathroom is in the hall with a stand-up shower. The washer and dryer are also located in the hallway. The living room also has a COT sized pullout couch. There is NO ELEVATOR. The condo is on the third floor, but the AMAZING VIEWS will make it worth the climb. We just recently upgraded the living room with a 65in 4k ultra HD smart TV. Log in with your account and enjoy Netflix, Sling, Hulu, Prime Video, and Youtube. WiFi is provided. The complex has one amazing pool for your use. This pool is not heated. There are a few small grills on the grounds for your use as well. Our condo is professionally cleaned before every visit. Everything is sanitized & all linens washed. Absolutely no parties or events. No smoking or vaping inside. No pets per HOA. Quiet time after 10pm. All damages will be charged to the guest or insurance. Parking notes: There is free parking. You are a 1-minute drive or 5-minute walk to all of the food and drink locations on Navarre Beach. Enjoy any of these: Andy D’s, Juana's Pagodas, Sailors Grill, Beach House Social Bar and Grille, Windjammer's, Navarre fishing pier, and the gift shop of the pier. There is a gas station on Navarre Beach, but you will have to drive across the bridge or use delivery services for any shopping needs. Dollar Tree, Wal-Mart, Publix, Winn Dixie, and a few tourist locations like Navarre Seafood Market, TC's Front Porch, Taco Bell, Vine Wine Bar and Shop, Shark Bite Navarre, and more! Shipt and other grocery delivery services are available in this area. From your condo, you are: -15 minute drive to Gulf Breeze Zoo -15 minute drive to Opal Beach -20 minute drive to Fort Walton -20 minute drive to Pensacola Beach -30 minute drive to Destin Guest access You’ll have access to the entire condo. I will provide you with a unique door code on the morning of check in. The code will activate at 4:00p.m. To enter the unit, simply type that code in. To lock the door at exit, no need to enter the code. Just push the ‘lock’ icon. Please note, door is set to automatically lock after 10 minutes. We’ve found that many people forget to lock the doors so we activated auto lock for everyone’s safety/security. Other things to note We are in Gulf Island Condominiums complex.
