Other things to note HOUSE RULES TERRA HOUSE • Check-in: From 4:00 PM • Check-out: By 10:00 AM (Early check-in or late check-out possible upon request and availability) • No parties or events allowed • No unregistered guests or visitors • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM • Smoking is not allowed indoors (Smoking is permitted outside in designated areas) • Children are welcome, but please supervise them at all times—especially around the pool • Please treat the property with care and respect • Any damage or missing items will be charged accordingly • Pool use is at your own risk – no diving or running around the pool area • Trash must be separated according to local recycling rules (instructions provided at the house) • Towels and linens are for in-house use only (not to be taken to the beach) • Concierge services available upon request (chef, massage, excursions, transfers) • We personally welcome guests at check-in and see you off at departure • Tourist tax is included in the price • ID/passport required at check-in (for registration purposes only) • Do not move furniture or indoor decor – rearranging furniture can cause damage and extra cleaning time • No glassware in the pool area – please use provided plastic cups for safety • Do not use indoor towels outdoors – pool/beach towels are provided separately • Use air conditioning responsibly – please close windows and doors when AC is on • Do not leave children unattended – especially near the pool, terrace, and stairs • Barbecue must be cleaned after use • No illegal substances or activities allowed on the premises • Security cameras are installed outside only, for your safety and property protection • Only guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight • Please report any damage or malfunction immediately – so we can address it promptly
