The home is elevated and offers a soothing tropical view with beautiful palm trees on one side and the gleaming Gulf on the other. You are just steps away from the sugary white sands of the beach. The open and spacious living area offers plenty of seating and a large flat screen TV for entertainment. The kitchen, which is connected to the living area, features stainless steel appliances , granite counter tops, and has an eat-in bar. The dining area seats six and offers a view from the balcony that is next to it. One of the Guest Bedrooms is decorated with a king sized bed while the other has a full/twin bunk bed and twin trundle bed underneath. They share a Jack and Jill full bathroom that is easily accessible from both rooms. The Master Suite has a comfortable king sized bed with access to its own new private bathroom that has a large glassed in shower and a granite countertop sink. Double doors lead out from the Master Suite to the deck that has a spectacular view of the gulf in the distance. First Floor: Covered Parking.
