The downstairs bedroom is a cozy hideaway, featuring a decorative brick fireplace and a sliding door that opens directly to the patio—ideal for quiet mornings or a private evening wind-down. Nearby, you'll find a convenient half bath and a laundry room to keep your adventures tidy. But wait until you see the garage. Instead of cars, you'll find a full MMA mat and a mini gym setup—perfect for movement, mindfulness, and letting off steam. Yoga mats, resistance bands, kettlebells, and a pull-up/dip bar offer something for everyone. Upstairs, the primary suite is a true sanctuary. Other things to note We offer 15 other homes in the Reno area, so if you're looking for additional accommodation beyond 14 people, check out our host page on Airbnb to see our other listings/availability! In the winter time, there may be snow and ice conditions. The streets are plowed frequently, but depending on conditions, tire chains and/or 4 wheel drive may be needed to get to our home. No refunds will be provided due to weather/snow conditions or inadequate preparation for winter driving. We also offer high speed internet throughout the home at 500 Mbps, perfect for remote work or streaming. Except for during the winter months, the landscapers will come to the property every Friday. We just wanted to share this to avoid any surprises! Our trash pick up days are on Mondays. If your stay happens to fall on a Monday, it would help us greatly if you could please push the bins to the front curb (please don't worry about taking them back in).
