This 130 m2 villa is equipped with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, high-speed Internet (Fiber), Smart TV with more than 20 local and international channels, kayaks, barbecue and much more… Bedrooms and bathrooms: Bedroom 1 is equipped with a king size bed (180 x 200 cm), with air conditioning and ceiling fan, a dressing room, a safe, and its own bathroom with a large shower, toilet and sink. Bedroom no. 2 is equipped with a queen size bed (160 x 200 cm), with air conditioning and ceiling fan, storage closet, as well as its own bathroom with a large shower, toilet and sink. Bedroom 3 has its own independent entrance, with a small private terrace just in front; it is equipped with a double bed (140 x 200 cm), air conditioning, and has its own bathroom with a large shower, toilet and sink. + an extra bed 140 x 200 cm located in the Living Room. (For 2 people) That sleeps a total of 8 people. Living Room/Kitchen: The living room is equipped with a beautiful and very comfortable sofa, with a flat-screen TV. The plus = high-speed internet (Fiber) and smart TV offering you more than 27 local and international HD channels. In the center, the kitchen is 100% equipped, with a local wood bar and high chairs. Amenities: Water fountain (filter), fridge, microwave, oven and gas stove, small dishwasher, kettle, rice cooker, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, dishes, cooking utensils, basic cooking supplies…. In one part of the living room you will have an extra double bed (140 x 200 cm), which will accommodate 2 more people, making a total of 8 beds. Covered terrace/Pool area: The terrace is equipped with a large outdoor sofa and a dining table for 8 people. The large deck around the pool offers a multitude of relaxation areas with sun loungers, sofa, armchairs, parasol… The pretty infinity pool overlooking the lagoon has salt water filtration. Indeed, the salt does not sting the eyes and it is softer for the skin and hair, which makes it a real "plus". It measures 5 m by 2.5 m and has a depth of 1.75 m. To the left of the pool deck, you will find a sandy BEACH area, very convenient for children and adults to play. You will also have a charcoal barbecue (charcoal not included), 2 kayaks and a paddle, an outdoor shower with hot water, 2 lagoon accesses that close with a gate as well as 2 boat moorings (which you can use).
