Wonderful farmhouse on a hill with an almost 360° panoramic view, which can accommodate up to 17 people + any cots. The house consists of two units in the same building and has a total of: 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 1 laundry room, 1 living room with sofas and pool table, 1 dining room. Outside there is 1 gazebo, 1 pergola, 1 porch, 2 showers, 1 large swimming pool with solarium area. The space The property is particularly suitable for groups of families looking for peace and relaxation. Guest access The two units are always rented together and are for the exclusive use of guests. Other things to note Pets are not allowed mainly because the property is not fully fenced. MANDATORY SERVICES, to be paid in cash upon arrival: - final cleaning (at the price of €200.00); - towels and bed linen (at the price of €10.00 per person); - tourist taxes from 06/01 to 09/30 (€1.50 per person per night up to a maximum of 7 nights, for each guest aged 14 and over). OPTIONAL SERVICES (only upon request): - 1 crib (free) - baby highchair (free) - additional cleaning upon request during the stay (for a fee of €50.00) - chef at home/cooking lessons (to be booked well in advance and subject to the availability of the chef; price to be agreed directly with the chef); - heating of the house (at a cost of €10.00 per day) HOUSE RULES - NO SMOKING inside the house, it is only allowed outside with a ban on putting out cigarettes on the grass - MANDATORY SEPARATE WASTE COLLECTION: you will be required to sign a written penalty agreement of €150.00 to be paid in cash in the event of non-compliance with this rule. Precise instructions and the necessary devices for the correct separate collection of waste will be provided. - IT IS FORBIDDEN to move furniture from inside to outside the house and also inside the house itself (e.g.: beds). Check-out is usually between 9:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.: the cleaning lady will come to check the house and collect the keys. If guests wish to leave early, simply let us know in advance what time they prefer. Check-out after 9:30 a.m. is only possible if there is no direct change of guests on the same day (unfortunately this rarely happens during the rental season). However, we advise all guests to ask for confirmation. The house is located in a strategic point to visit the coast of Versilia, the beautiful Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the nearby Ligurian coast (Cinque Terre and Gulf of Poets), and the marble quarries of Massa and Carrara. The house is also an excellent base for the unique experiences of the Carnival of Viareggio (dates: 02/01, 07, 12, 15, 17, 21/2026), the Lucca Comics and Games (10/29/2025-11/02/2025, dates for 2026 still to be announced), the Puccini Festival for opera lovers (from 07/17/2026 to 09/05/2026), the La Prima Estate Festival in Lido di Camaiore (dates still to be announced for 2026) and the Lucca Summer Festival (which will open on 07/04/2026 with the concerts of Jamiroquai, the other dates still to be announced).
