Detached house situated in a quiet area 10 minutes far from the historical center. Easily accessible for those arriving by car from the airport 10 min by taxi t the main square. Cozy and comfortable, is composed of four rooms in a 300 square meters huge independent house. You are able to use the kitchen, which is perfectly furnished, with Microwave, oven, fridge, etc. There are 3 balconies around, living room, and many common areas to enjoy the stay in this unique city. The space There is a main market in front of the house, where you will find everything for your staying. Also there are many bus stations around the house. The house os located in the heart of a classical neighbourhood, in the corner you will find a International bank, in front of the avenue 20 meters walking you can find Japanese, Mexican and many Peruvian fusion restaurants. Also, there are many pharmacies , spas, and the most beautiful coffee shops of the city around the corner. *There is NO CLEANING FEE,however we include the service of a maid who will clean the apartment every day. Guest access The visitors can access to the main living room, but also to the balcony zone. For long stays the guests have access to the kitchen. Other things to note We offer you the taxi service, the normal fare from the house to the main square is 5 soles, equal to 1.6 dollar.
