You will have a family enviroment in our B&B. We are not in the high rent districts. We are close to downtown áreas; also we have excellent public and private transportación facilities to any place in the city.You will be in a safe place. WELCOME! The space Our home is in a quiet, peaceful, residential neighborhood in Santa Teresita, near Laureles. We live on the top floor of a charming building with a wide balcony in front. This overlooks the mountains. Our house consists of four bedrooms each with bath, cathedral celings, lots of windows, and fresh air. We are a normal family and we only rent rooms to people with whom we feel comfortable. We have two lovely dogs: one Cocker Spaniel dog, name Shakira. She is 6 years old, friendly but not demanding. Dog people love her!. The other dog is a Sheepdog named Juanes, six months old, very friendly and cute! We speak English as well as Spanish. We are close to the Metro. Our Metro Transportation uses electrical technology. This Metro Service is the only mass transportation service in Colombia. We also have two Integrated Routes System Buses which takes you from our front door step to the Metro Stations "Santa Lucia" and "Stadium Metro Station". Always be on time and fast to your destination, enjoy and discover, our parks, museums, churches, historical, educational and tourist attractions. Also let us invite you to go by air to the neighborhoods served by our Metrocables. This is a unique experience! and has access to the whole Aburra Valley in our integrated routes. You also have several bus routes as well as the Exito supermarket (the same as a Wal-Mart in the US) from various buses in our neighborhood. There are many places to eat in both small restaurants or in cultural designed shops which serve excellent food. Most of these places are in walking distance from our neighborhood. Our guests enjoy a private room with shower, Internet access -We use high Speed 4MB WIFI-, once-a-week laundry service, a double bed, desk & chair, etc. These bedrooms are very comfortable! The beds are very comfortable. We always try to do the best for our guests while they are visiting Medellin. We can help with tours, shopping, logistics, etc.. We also have international cable TV in each bed room. Towels and Sheets are provided. No smoking in the house, but you can use the balcony for that.
