The space This comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath pet-friendly home offers an open living area, perfect for gatherings, and a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals. The private backyard features a gas grill, making it perfect for outdoor dining. Located in a peaceful neighborhood across from a park and walking distance to a fishing pond, it’s an ideal stay for families, small groups, or solo travelers looking for a serene yet accessible location. Pool heating available upon request (Extra fee applies). Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the private backyard, pool and BBQ area. Entry is through a keyless smart lock, allowing for flexible check-in and check-out times. You'll receive your personalized access code before arrival. Ample parking is available in the garage and driveway. (No street parking per HOA rules) Other things to note House Rules: - Non-smoking property. ($500 smoke remediation fee if violated) -No parties, however small get-togethers okay. maximum of 12 people on property at any time. All non-registered guests must leave by 10pm. - Pets welcome with $50 deposit (2 dogs max unless other permission granted). -Pool heating optional (additional fees required). Needs 48 hours to heat to desired temperature, must book in advance. -Note - Bedroom 3 has 1 queen bed, there are no trundle beds in that room but unable to remove that at this time.
