You may also visit Downtown Sac and experience the East Sac dining scene. You'll have everything you need for a memorable stay here! The Space: This is a 1940's remodeled bungalow. The furnishings include a king bed, comfy seating the living room , games and even a photo wall! The wifi is fast and you can count on an always cozy atmosphere with central heating and air. The backyard is equipped with canopy covered seating, string lighting and an open area for hanging out. Guest Access: Guests have access to the whole house minus the garage. Features: - Keyless entry with door code upon arrival. - Free Wi-Fi Internet - Family Room: Netflix, Ethernet cables. - Kitchen: Coffee maker, K-cup coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, oil, salts, and peppers. - Bathroom: Bathtub and stand-in shower, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, soap. - Laundry room: washer, dryer, iron, iron board, laundry detergent and softener. -We may have linens in the washer. We apologize. We can't wait for them to finish the cycle as we finish cleaning the house early. Sorry for the inconvenience. -Parking is on the street only. You are welcome to park on the Driveway but we don't recommend it since it's small. Check-in: 4 pm. Check-out: 11 am. The Neighborhood: Oak Park is a rapidly gentrifying area. The area is generally quiet, but the home is near the freeway and there is a slight bustle of passing cars during the day. The house is about a 3 minute walk from the always fun broadway triangle; an area with great shops, breweries, GREAT FOOD and a kick ass bookstore. I love the Plant Foundry (nursery and garden) and i think you might, too. Also, if you're stopping by in the Summer months (May - September) I highly recommend a visit to Oak Park Gather- a neighborhood event featuring local food and beverage vendors, cool crafts AND live music! Getting Around: If you get the chance, try the city's newest form of transit - electric bike sharing! JUMP Bikes are becoming more and more popular in the area and are a really fun way to get around. Of course Uber and Lyft are everywhere too! Other Things to Note: NOTE: We do NOT HAVE cable services. We offer streaming services such as Netflix, Roku, Prime, & Hulu. (Guest has to use their own Netflix account) Additional rental agreement required for 29+ night stays 30 days stay or more: We require a refundable security deposit proportional to the first month’s rent, due at the time of booking confirmation. The security deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damages or violations of house rules occur.
