Living close to nature means you might occasionally meet tiny visitors like ants or mosquitoes, so we recommend keeping doors and windows closed, especially in the late afternoon. You may also spot a little gecko — completely harmless and busy at work keeping insects away. Think of him as your quiet, little house guardian, looking out for you during your stay. To make your experience even more comfortable, BRG Golf management carries out scheduled pest control treatments across all The Point villas each quarter. In addition, before every guest arrives, we diffuse soothing essential oils throughout the villa, creating a fresh, pleasant atmosphere and helping keep insects at bay. We hope these small touches help you feel relaxed, safe, and right at home. ✤ “Green Guest” Linen Policy: Your bed linen is freshly prepared upon arrival and our team services your room daily. To help conserve water and reduce detergent use, we change bed sheets every two nights. If you prefer your sheets changed earlier, simply leave the provided “Green Card” on your bed. Together, we’re making a difference in protecting the Earth’s resources — thank you! ✤ Thoughtful Towel Usage: Every day, millions of towels are unnecessarily washed in hotels around the world. If you would like to reuse your towel, simply hang it up. If you'd prefer a fresh towel, please leave it on the floor. It’s a small action that contributes greatly to conserving water and energy. ✤ Electricity Policy for Long Stays For stays of 15 nights or more, electricity is included up to 250 kWh per month. Extra usage will be charged at 5,000 VND/kWh (local EVN rate). We’ll record the meter together at check-in and check-out for transparency.
