When you book with us here on Airbnb, it is exactly the same as booking the resort room at Jpark. {How It Works} - Once you book here on Airbnb, I will book the room with Jpark and place the reservation under your name. - I will be giving you the confirmation letter provided by Jpark's Reservations Office as well as our Check-in Guide for how to check-in the room. - A few days before your check-in, I myself will surrender a member’s voucher to Jpark for your accommodation. - The confirmation letter and any ID of yours will be the only things you will need to present when you check-in. 2. {Number of Guests} The Deluxe Room at Jpark accommodates 2 adults and 2 children (12 y.o. and below). You can add up to 1 extra adult or 1 extra child (but not both at the same time) for an additional fee: - Extra adult: PHP 3,000/night (includes breakfast and extra bed) - Extra child: PHP 2,000/night (includes breakfast and extra bed) - Infants (3 y.o. and below) are free and not counted as guests. Extra guest fees are charged and collected by the Jpark resort, not by us here on Airbnb. Fees can be paid at Jpark's front desk via cash or card upon check-in or upon check-out. The reason why this Airbnb listing has "4 guests" set as its capacity is because Airbnb doesn't offer a setting to allow us to specifically say that the room is good for "2 adults and 2 children" so we try our best to inform you here through the listing description and through chat instead. If you want to bring even more guests, please send me a message. Guests have the option to book multiple rooms or purchase day-use packages. 3. {Breakfast} This room comes with free buffet breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children (6 y.o. and below). The breakfast is located at the Abalone or Maru Restaurant in Jpark. Breakfast may get very full from 9 to 10 AM. Please inform the restaurant staff of your room number so they can verify that you have free breakfast included. Additional visitors can avail of buffet breakfast for the following rates: - Walk-in breakfast for adults: PHP 1300/adult - Walk-in breakfast for children: PHP 650/child (between 6 to 12 years old). - Free for children below 6 years old as long as accompanied by 1 paying adult 4. {Sleeping Arrangements} Guests have a choice of sleeping arrangement between 1 king bed or 2 semi-double beds. Please inform me via chat after booking which setup you prefer. 5. {Room Renovations} A certain number of Deluxe Rooms at Jpark have just been newly renovated with changes to furniture, finishing, carpet flooring, etc. Room types are assigned to confirmation numbers on the day upon check-in so there is no way to guarantee which room will be given. Pictures of both rooms are provided in the listing photos 6. {Other Rooms Available} Airbnb only allows us to post each room as a standalone listing. We can accommodate more guests even if the original listing gets fully booked since Jpark has hundreds of identical Deluxe rooms. Other things to note ※Other Notes about Jpark Resort Policy: • Please give me your complete name with Title/Prefix (Mr., Ms., or Mrs.) for the booking name to be put under. Otherwise, the booking will be placed under the name of your Airbnb account. The person who the booking is named under should be physically present upon check-in at the resort along with valid ID. • Early check-in and late check-out are both subject to availability. If needed, there is a baggage deposit counter so you can begin using resort facilities while waiting. • Security deposit of PHP 3,000 will be asked for via credit card reversible hold charge or via cash upon check-in and refunded upon check-out. • Food and water can be brought from outside into the resort as long as they are packed and sealed inside bags. FoodPanda and GrabFood are also allowed but guests will need to pick up the food themselves at the parking guard house as riders are not allowed onto the resort grounds. • If you would like to check the prices of Jpark's restaurants, you may check the latest menu pics on Googlle Maps. • Smoking is not allowed in the room; however, there is a designated area for smoking within resort grounds. It is located on the West edge of the resort close to the basketball court • If you are planning to have visitors who will not stay overnight, visitors are allowed to meet guests at the lobby lounge and restaurants. However, Jpark currently has a policy where no visitors are allowed to go up to the in-house guest rooms. Visitors may choose to opt for a day-use package to use the resort amenities.
