Conveniently located just minutes from world-class golf courses, boating reservoirs, scenic hiking, and only 45 minutes from Zion National Park, Sonoro Sands is the perfect home base for your next adventure. The space Terra Condos is part of the Coral Springs Resort. Centrally located just 15 minutes from Downtown St. George, 10 minutes from Quail Creek Reservoir and Sand Hollow Reservoir and 45 minutes from Zion National Park. Guests are provided with pickleball equipment for 4 people, pool toys, inflatable stand up paddle board, camping chairs and small pop up tent for your convenience and enjoyment. Bunk beds are, in fact, queen size beds and sturdy enough for 2 adults. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo, all amenities including pool with slide, community BBQ, fire pits, sport courts, and indoor/outdoor pool and gym at Coral Springs Resort. All amenities are open year-round Other things to note Condo is on the 3rd (Top) floor and is not wheelchair accessible. No elevator in the building. No assigned/covered parking. RV/Boat/ATV parking available in parking lot (first come first serve).
