Other things to note This is a peaceful residential home—please respect neighbors and observe quiet hours. RV/boat parking is available within the gated area. EV charging is permitted via standard outlets. Some amenities, including the fire pit and hot tub, are coming soon. Family-friendly items are provided, and the layout offers a private guest wing ideal for groups or extended stays. Extras: To enhance your stay, we offer the following optional extras for an additional fee: BBQ Propane Tank Refill: $40 Firewood for Fire Pit: $20 Jet Ski Rental (3-seater): $325 for 4 hours | $450 for 8 hours Please note that charcoal is not provided or included.
