Located near Lamoka and Waneta lake in Bradford NY enjoy a central location to hunting, fishing, hiking, and wineries. A short drive away from Hammondsport and Watkins Glenn NY! Bobcat Bungalow offers an off grid experience nestled on 4acres utilizing solar power and gravity fed potable water incorporating reclaimed materials in much of our design. The space Family owned, self built and local we pride ourselves on running small business and supporting the small businesses in our area. Currently, Bobcat Bungalow is the sole operational site situated on approximately 4 acres of open and wooded land, featuring a private walking trail and a view of Mill pond. A gravel drive provides designated parking for each unit. This design integrates the comforts of a hotel suite with the soothing ambiance and stillness of outdoor living. You only need to bring a travel bag or suitcase; we provide all linens, bedding, kitchen utensils, an assortment of coffee and tea and toiletries. Small local grocery within 15min and major grocery within 30min. Enjoy the projector in the evening with a Roku providing streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, etc. Conveniently located near Lamoka and Waneta lakes less then 5min from the boat launch, this area offers a prime spot for fishing and kayaking, and is also within a short distance of the famous Finger Lakes, Keuka and Seneca. The Finger Lakes region is renowned for its stunning scenic views, wineries, distilleries, and numerous high-end restaurants. Bobcat Bungalow is pet friendly so bring your furry family members with you. Guest access Clear designated parking for each unit, kinlin, and firewood provided In wood shed. Board games, projector in bed side table with Roku for streaming. All bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, razor, makeup wipes, loofa, toilet paper), bed linens, comforters and throw blankets, 2 house robes, assortment of coffee, and tea available. Other things to note Please make sure you register your pets! Not only does this allow us to prepare the space to accommodate your animals but it also notifies us to provide a deeper pet dander clean to ensure the safety of any guests following you that could potentially have pet allergies. Bobcat Bungalow is the sole operational unit right now but you will see two units underway. Ravens Ridge is expected to open in 2026! We try to limit any construction during bookings but you may see us occasionally while we complete the entirety of Vixen Vacations. Everything you see was built by my husband and I, we build in between our full time jobs, bookings and raising our family so any time we have is crucial to the development of our vision!
