Nestled atop of rolling hills 2 hours south of Perth, escape to the countryside, with your very own private, tiny & luxurious retreat. Look out over the ever changing landscape, grazing animals & colourful skies. From the warmth of your cozy bed, gaze at the star filled night sky. Welcome to The Little Shed Retreat. Please note that I live right next door. I quietly go about my business & do not expect to disturb your stay. You are of course welcome to message if you need anything. The space A private 19m2 stand alone tiny home overlooking the rural landscape. The bed, occasional seating, breakfast bar & kitchen share the living area, with views from every aspect. The bathroom & laundry facilities are in a separate room seamlessly divided by a cavity slider. Luxurious linen bedding, side tables, lamps and an understated wooden chandelier adorn the bedroom area. A wardrobe with hangers and room for luggage. A breakfast bar overlooks the paddocks, a lovely place to eat, or plug in your electronics and set up a work station. The kitchen is equipped with a plunger & ground coffee, herbal teas, raw sugar, salt, pepper & olive oil. Stove top, kettle, toaster, mini grill & cooking pots & pans. Beautiful plates & bowls, cutlery & a selection of cooking utensils. Highballs, tumblers & wine glasses & Robert Gordon mineral mugs. The bathroom is equipped with Leif bodywash & Billy Goat natural shampoo & conditioner. There is a 4kg washing machine with Koala Eco laundry detergent provided. Guest access The Little Shed accommodation is exclusively yours for your visit, including the Adirondack chairs on the lawned area in front of the deck, Parking space is ample. Next door is a private residence. There is strictly no access to any other farm sheds or areas beyond the retreat. However Mathews road, the gravel road you drove in via, is a gazetted & maintained road. Morning & evening walks are very beautiful & peaceful. The walk to the end of the road & back is 3km. Thank you. Other things to note We are located on a working farm, so although generally quiet & peaceful, there can be tractors, trucks, utes, motorbikes, loaders etc, sometimes passing by going about their business.
