Welcome to Windy Ridge situated right on the beach in Pagham, West Sussex. This unique home is based around 2 Victorian railway carriages so you’ll be sleeping in a railway carriage compartment. Whether you’re looking to unwind with stunning sea views, explore the natural beauty of Pagham Harbour, or enjoy quality time with loved ones, this is the place for you. The space Windy Ridge is newly refurbished in 2025 and is a delightful, stylish and comfortable holiday home. It is ideally located for visitors to Goodwood, Chichester and the surrounding area. It is a short walk from the beautiful and unspoilt Pagham Harbour, a haven for birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts. The harbour is an RSPB site and designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest. Whether you’re building sandcastles, watching the sunset, or exploring the local area, there’s something here for every member of the family to enjoy. Step outside onto the pebbles, breathe in the salty sea air and let your holiday begin. Kitchen: brand new kitchen, dishwasher, oven, electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, under-counter fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee maker and milk frother. Living Room: 2 large comfy sofas, TV, DVD player. Sunroom – dining table with bench and chairs to seat 6 people (plus high chair) and sofa. Bedroom 1: railway carriage room with kingsize bed (5ft), bedside table and chest of drawers with ensuite. Ensuite: shower, WC and basin. Bedroom 2: railway carriage room with kingsize bed (5ft), bedside tables and chest of drawers. Bedroom 3: railway carriage room with twin beds (3ft), wardrobe with hanging space and shelving. Family bathroom: bath with handheld shower, WC, basin, washing machine (in cupboard) and storage. Parking: for 2 cars. Pantry items provided: salt & pepper, tea bags, coffee pods, sugar. Children: Children of all ages are very welcome. Windy Ridge has a high chair, children’s plates, bowls, cups and cutlery. There are a range of children’s toys, including buckets and spades, children’s books, board games and DVD’s. Garden: Patio and lawn with washing line. Dogs: Well behaved dogs are welcome. Please use the dog blanket provided to cover furniture if your dog likes to join you on the sofa. No dogs on the beds please. Other: Bed linen and bath/hand towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Guest access Whole house and garden. No access to the garage.
