The space Property owner Amy lives in home on the second floor and often works in the first-floor office. The Green, Yellow, and Blue bedrooms, named after their wall color, on the home's first floor are offered individually to Airbnb guests. Each bedroom includes a queen bed, full closet, space heater, and smart lock door for guest privacy and security. Each bedroom's guest will be assigned one of the two full bathrooms also on the first floor. Guests may prepare and enjoy meals in the home's kitchen including use of refridgerator, gas range and oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffeemaker, cookware, serveware, and tableware. Guests may relax or work-out in the large living room with a large high-definition screen, exercise weights, and yoga mats. Guests may clean and dry laundry in the laudry room. Guests may use the outdoor furniture and the trampoline in the backyard. Guest access The home's front door and each bedroom is secured with a smart lock for guests' privacy and security. Each guest will receive a personalized smart lock code that is valid during their stay. The first floor kitchen, living room, and laundry room are shared among the Airbnb guests in each of the three bedrooms, property owner Amy, and Amy's occasional guests and service staff. The second floor is private for Amy's exclusive use. During your stay Guests are strongly encouraged to communicate with their host regarding local destinations, their booking, accomodations, amenities, emergencies, etc. via Airbnb Messages. Amy, when present and not too pre-occupied, is delighted to meet and chat with guests in-person too. Other things to note The home is located one and a half blocks uphill from the Valencia Street corridor shops. Seniors and guests with mobility limitations may have difficulty shopping by foot.
