The main bedroom has a queen bed with a premium mattress. The second room (sunroom/office) can be set up as extra sleeping space with a sofabed. Please note: the sofabed is RV-sized (48” x 75”, slightly smaller than a standard full) and is best suited for children or one to two adults who don’t mind cozying up. We provide a mattress topper and full bedding for comfort. ▪ This first-floor apartment is part of a well-maintained building and was recently renovated with enhanced sound insulation for added comfort. While the apartment provides a quiet and peaceful environment, guests who are especially sensitive to sound may occasionally notice light noise from the upstairs or neighboring unit. For most, this has not been an issue. ▪ Due to past difficult experiences, we now have a couple of extra requirements for guests booking with new accounts (those without positive reviews): - Please confirm that you have carefully read through our house rules and are fully comfortable following them. Significant fines will apply for any violations. - A refundable $300 security deposit is required.
