Built in 1910, American Four-Square style of architecture. A quiet street lined with 100 yr. old Sycamore trees & a small city park in the center that you are free to use. Bedroom is on 2nd level up the balcony stairs - private entrance. *note: assistance is available for luggage on request. Front porch & covered back patio/lawn available for use. Please let us know in advance if use of the gas grill is desired. There is also a hammock available but again, please give advance notice for use. The space Home itself provides a nice front porch area with 2 ceiling fans, table and 4 chairs as well as a wicker rocker and side table. Relax and enjoy the street view and the fresh air. Utah evenings are delightful. The balcony area is for your private use and provides 2 chairs and a small table. The back yard offers lawn/ patio area, with fan, chairs, and a fire table. Picnic table available upon request (both full and kid size). The bedroom offers a queen size bed and a twin mattress is available upon advance request. Enjoy the Keurig coffee machine located in bedroom for coffee, assorted teas, and hot chocolate as well as to just heat water quickly. The room also contains an air fryer/toaster oven and a small fridge with separate freezer. There is also a comfy chair with ottoman for sitting to relax in the room. A small table/desk is available on request. Guest access Private entry up balcony steps to the yellow entrance door to the bedroom unit and the full bath down the hall dedicated for your use only. Assistance with luggage can be arranged on request in advance. During your stay For the most part, we will be in and out or working in our offices loctated in the house. We are always available via phone or text and respect privacy if preferred as well. Other things to note Parking in rear for up to 1 vehicle (besides our own that are there). Please park along the brown fence at an angle to fit 3 cars in the space. Please do not park in shared driveway, or in front at the curb. This is an Ogden city ordinance/law. Amenities outside the room need to be requested in advance. ie: use of grill, hammock, etc
