Need to know: • The house is close to the Naval Outlying Field (NOLF) and Navy jets will fly at a low altitude sometimes on Monday–Friday. They usually do not fly on the weekends. We provide some earmuffs and earplugs, but please check the jet practice schedule before booking if you are sensitive to noise. Some guests enjoy watching the jets fly overhead. • Storms in the winter are out of our control, and you may experience power outages during that time. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
