The space There are two apartments in this building. Both have separate entrances and no common areas. This listing is for the upstairs apartment and there is an apartment downstairs. The listing is two blocks from Atlanta's public transportation subway, MARTA which can have you downtown in a flash. You will be lodging within three miles of downtown so you can drive to any downtown areas or venues within minutes. For your convenience, there are two smart TVs in the apartment, a designated desk/eating area, plenty of charging outlets, a washer & dryer, a compact refrigerator, a Keurig coffee maker, a toaster, plates, glasses, coffee mugs and cutlery. Other things to note We're pleased to offer accommodations for well trained dogs. This is only possible when guests honor our House Rules concerning their fur babies. Dogs are not allowed on the bed nor furniture and must be kept in a kennel whenever not being directly supervised. If given a key, you will need to take a picture of the key in the lockbox or on table. Failure to do so will incur a $100 rekey fee. FYI Being that there are several units on the property, to ensure a quiet comfortable stay for everyone, please meet any and all deliveries (food, packages, groceries, etc) directly at the street. We are not responsible for any deliveries taken by other guest.
