The space You and your guests will have plenty of room to spread out in this beautifully remodeled home featuring a bright new kitchen with new appliances and refinished hardwood floors throughout. This home offers a spacious living room with a large front window that allows plenty of natural light. The primary bedroom boasts an oversized spa-like bathroom and a washer/dryer closet. Additionally, there are two more bedrooms and a full bathroom. Enjoy the charming deck which is perfect for sipping coffee all while overlooking the huge fenced in backyard. Located in the convenient and sought-after Woodland Hills neighborhood, with easy access to Emory, CDC, and I-85, this gem is the perfect choice for your stay! Bedroom Layout: Bedroom 1- King bed Bedroom 2- King Bed bedroom 3- Queen bed All bedrooms have smart TV’s so you can login to your accounts and stream all of your favorite shows! The living room offers a nice white sofa and 2 armless chairs for hanging out. We have hosted pets in the recent past. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire home and the large fenced in backyard. The grass can be mowed on request. Other things to note Check-in is at 4:00pm ET or later. Check-out is at 11:00am ET or earlier. There will be some check-out procedures such as collecting trash, open food, and personal belongings. Early check in and late check out may be arranged for a fee depending on availability. Please inquire if interested. Smoking inside is NOT allowed The backyard is fully fenced and can be accessed both through the house and through a gate at the driveway. Grass mowing is by request. Just let us know when you need the grass mowed. This is on a cut-through street (Shepherds Lane). It gets busy from 4pm to 6pm daily, and then is calm the rest of the time. There is no sidewalk on this side of the street. Cross the street to take a walk. Congratulations! You found it! We are not allowing pets at this time. • After booking your stay, you will add guests in your travel group to the reservation. They will be able to join the Airbnb message thread. We only give out check-in instructions via Airbnb messages, so make sure your group is included on the reservation. Your travel group will also receive access to the Wi-Fi password and the property address.
