Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, including the kitchen, common areas, pool, and BBQ area. The only reserved space is a room located behind the kitchen, where the couple in charge of caring for the property lives. Other things to note A couple lives on the property who help with the maintenance and care of the place. They stay in a separate room located behind the kitchen. They are discreet, friendly people and will be available if you need basic help during your stay. Juanita's Kitchen is a few steps from the house, where you can enjoy local food. If you pay in cash and mention that you are staying at Casa Majagualt, you will receive a 5% discount. During your stay, you can also enjoy a horseback ride on the beach. (Prior coordination is required and has an additional cost). Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll be happy to help you organize this experience. The house is located just one street from one of Nicaragua's most private beaches, and a 15-minute walk on the sand from an excellent surfing area. Being surrounded by nature, it is normal to see insects or wild animals. Check-in is flexible, but if you arrive after 6:00 pm, please note that there may be wind, leaves, or insects in the air. Due to the construction of the “La Costanera” road, there may occasionally be power outages. The service is usually restored in a couple of hours.
