The space This fully solar-powered home combines eco-conscious living with modern convenience. Inside, you'll find a bright and airy layout with air conditioning, a comfortable queen-size bed, and a 3-piece bathroom with a hot shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven, toaster, kettle, pots & pans, and all the utensils you need for cooking meals. Wi-Fi is also included, making it easy to stay connected while enjoying your tropical surroundings. Outside, you can unwind on the private roof-top patio with your morning cup of coffee or watch the sunset over the ocean with a glass of wine. Take a short walk to the beach—just minutes from your front door. As a guest, you'll have access to 3.5 miles of private beach, three swimming pools, and the on-site Sea Salt restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks daily. Surfers will love the nearby breaks—Asuchillos Beach offers beginner to intermediate waves, while more advanced surfers can challenge themselves at the famous "Meat Grinder." For a local hangout, check out Alice’s Restaurant, a laid-back bar and grill just outside the resort community. Book your stay and experience laid-back coastal living in an off-grid paradise! Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Main floor is where you will find the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The upper floor is an open-air roof-top patio equipped with chairs and a small table. 📌𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲: This home is 100% solar power. It is recommended to not put the top too low and use the low fan setting during the evening when there no sun. This is a smaller house so this should keep you very cool overnight. During the day, when there is full sun, it can be used as needed at whatevertemperature you like. Other things to note 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐓 𝐅𝐄𝐄𝐒: Gran Pacifica charges a resort fee to all guests renting from inside the community. You will be responsible to pay the resort fee at the Front Gate upon entry. The charges are $10US+VAT ($11.50 US) per night for up to 7 days. This is charged per night, not per person. After the 7 days no additional fees are charged. This is the resort fee, not our fee. Electric golf carts 🛺 are available for rent (arranged through the golf club house) and are recommended if you do not have your own vehicle as the resort property is large. Our house is conveniently located: 1 hr 20 mins from the Capital Managua, 2 hr and 20 mins from the colonial city of Granada, 1 hr 30 mins from the historic city of Leon, and 2 hr 14 mins from the Flor de Cana Rum Factory for a taste of locally hand-crafted spirits. 👨‍🌾 On-site Farmers & Local Made Market: We have a farmers' market that happens on Thursday afternoons around 3-4 pm. A local Organic Farmer (Yocate Farms) comes to the community and sells a variety of fresh vegetables and locally produced items. Typically, orders need to be placed before Wednesday to ensure availability for Thursday pickup. Market is located at the beach palapa near front reception area. Please be aware that there are no large grocery stores near Gran Pacifica.
