Welcome to Casa Carmen :) This is a 170m2 townhouse located in Peligros, a small town at 689m above sea level, situated 5 km from Granada. In 30 minutes you can reach the bus station of Granada. If you have a car, you will be in the city in 20 minutes. The house is spacious and has a patio with private swimming pool, and a private roof terrace, too. We hope you enjoy your stay here :) The space The property has direct access from the street. To access it, it is necessary to climb a few steps. Please take this into account before booking. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The property has heating through a gas boiler with radiators in all rooms. The property has air conditioning with hot and cold air pump through a centralized system that is controlled from a thermostat located in the living room. Hot water is provided by a gas heater. The private swimming pool is in operation all year round. Parking on the street is available and free of charge. We provide a travel cot that is always available in the property. You must bring your own sheets. Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that you will access the property using an electronic lock, it requires you to download an app on your smartphone. In case you don't have data at your arrival, you can download it before.
