Unique dovecote with Nordic bath on a farm

This former dovecote, which we have carefully renovated, welcomes you for a romantic getaway in the heart of the farm, in a secluded green setting. In the evening, enjoy a wood-fired Nordic bath under the stars (optional). The tower includes a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom on the ground floor. A private garden with garden furniture and a BBQ will allow you to fully enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. The space In the heart of the Pays de Bray, in a 16th century farmhouse adjoining an old monastery, this renovated dovecote welcomes you for a natural break in a peaceful setting full of history. Close to the Eawy Forest and Avenue Verte, it's an ideal base from which to experience the Normandy countryside. We grow fruits and vegetables on the farm with respect for the seasons and the environment, and love to bring this place to life simply, to the rhythm of nature. The dovecote, which we have carefully renovated, has become an atypical and comfortable accommodation, with enclosed garden and wooden terrace. Outside, you will enjoy a private terrace with outdoor fireplace (barbecue), ideal for sharing an alfresco meal. A wood-fired hot tub is also at your disposal (optional: €35 or €50 ifit is prepared hot upon arrival). In the evening, it's a particularly pleasant time to relax in the quiet of the countryside. The accommodation was designed as a real cocoon, conducive to rest and disconnection. Breakfast, consisting of local products, is included in your stay. A Tassimo machine is also available for your hot drinks. The bed linen and towels are provided. We offer different catering offers in partnership with a local restaurateur. Please don’t hesitate to contact us to find out about the available options (to be enjoyed on-site – orders must be placed no later than 48 hours in advance – or at our partner’s location). ⚠️ Note: There is no kitchen inside. Meals can be prepared only thanks to the outdoor BBQ. Nearby, you can discover Mesnières-en-Bray, Neufchâtel-en-Bray, the beaches of Dieppe, canoe in Arques-la-Bataille or visit the Muchedent animal park. Rouen is about 40 minutes away and the Baie de Somme is about 45 minutes away. A simple and authentic place to slow down, breathe and enjoy Normandy in a new way. Guest access Access to the cottage is via a landscaped trail that crosses the farm and the animal pastures. After a 200-meter walk, you will arrive in the private garden of the pigeonnier. Parking is free, our rural setting requires a car to get around. Other things to note This cottage has stairs. People with reduced mobility may have difficulty getting around. The dovecote is old, the entrances (doors, stairs) do not meet current standards. Pets are allowed but cannot be left alone if you go for a walk.
