Large great room with living, dining, and kitchen open. Large screened in porch with laundry machines, seating area, multiple seating areas in the yard and next to the water. 60 mature trees, nice grass yard, kids playground with swings and slides. Guest access The entire house, the yard, the driveway and carport are all usable. The white shop building is not. Other things to note While the house and yard are handicap accessible, the steps to the dock are not when the water is low. Request water level when booking and I will confirm if it is okay. The third queen bed is on the screened in porch. It's like sleeping outside without the bugs.
