Bedding is sanitized in calender at 90ºC.  (Following in our protocols the guidelines of the Ministry of Health). Likewise, the pool is disinfected daily with chlorine. And the chlorine and ph levels are analyzed. The space Description: Our holiday home, aMatalasviñas are in Piedralaves on Las Viñas Street, traditionally called Matalasviñas and very close to the Natural Pools, Granny and Grandma. In total we have four houses, the house that appears in the photos is chalet1: El Horcajo. The swimming pool is private for shared use between the houses that make up Matalasviñas. - VILLA: 5 rooms, living room, kitchen, pantry, two full bathrooms, heating, two porches North/South) Remember that we have a swimming pool exclusively for our guests. A large garden, barbecues, garden furniture. All homes are fully equipped. Houses are independent of each other. Linens and towels included. We rent them both for weekends and for bridges and fortnights. Minimum stay July/August 5 nights, minimum stay rest of the year 2 nights. Pets are not allowed. If you are with children, tell them that we have a crib service and baby chairs, and the pool is fenced to prevent accidental access by children. • During the months in which the swimming pool is operational, daily cleaning is carried out. It remains operational from May 10 to September 30, although this period can be extended or reduced depending on time and occupation. There are two barbecues for the use of the four houses. In addition, the pool grounds are very spacious and the views are wonderful. •Hours: - Time of entry in autumn, winter and spring 16:00 time of departure before 22:00. Weekends, bridges …. -Summer check-in time, 5pm and check-out 12pm. -It is possible as long as there is availability to advance the check-in time by paying the supplement of 10 €/hour. We will try to be flexible within our possibilities It is a very nice area and the views from the house are spectacular. Besides breathing peace, at the same time we are 5 minutes, taking a short walk, from the center of the village. It's not a detached house. There are other buildings nearby. There are buses from Mendez-Alavaro South Station.
