House with Heated Pool and Sea View

Casa Piscina Mirante do Léo (Pool House) Our home is a real getaway for nature-lovers. Located on a 5,000 m² property, next to the Serra do Mar State Park, it offers a swimming pool with a spectacular view, a large lawn, a barbecue area and fruit trees. Praia do Léo, little known and surrounded by native vegetation, is a 20-minute walk or a few minutes' drive away. Other nearby beaches: Itamambuca, Félix, Prumirim and Puruba. The space About the space: The farm consists of 2 houses, in addition to an Atlantic forest reserve with native and fruit trees. The entire garden is available to those who rent the houses. The second accommodation is at the top of the property, the loft, which shares the same parking lot (3 spaces for the house and 1 space for the loft). Privacy between the houses is total. Homes: Pool House (7 people): 3 bedrooms with double bed - one of them being a suite, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, bed linen, towels, bathrobes, living room with Smart TV and Sky, pool table, portable barbecue, fire pit and full kitchen. The outdoor area of the house has a large glass table, hammocks and a spectacular heated pool with a view of the sea. Important: Right behind the property begins the Serra do Mar State Park, so the connection with nature is total. Thus, it is natural that some wild animals may appear. Some noises, such as animals walking on the roof, are part of the experience, but we've never had any problems. It is important not to leave food on the balcony at night, and always watch where you step. Guest access Location and Access: - Located in the north of Ubatuba, in a quiet subdivision with few residences, access is via the Rio-Santos Highway. - We are in one of the most preserved regions of the coast, with trails, waterfalls and paradisiacal beaches. The charming historic city of Paraty is just a 40-minute drive. - For more convenience, markets, bakeries and restaurants are about 8 km away, on Itamambuca beach. - 200 meters from the house, buses pass towards the center of Ubatuba every hour. Even so, we recommend using a car for greater comfort and freedom. Other things to note Important Notes: • All the water that supplies the house comes from a natural source in the forest reserve and is suitable for consumption. • Our house is sustainable: we recycle waste and use clean energy through solar panels. • Guests check in in a practical and independent way, with all the guidelines sent by WhatsApp. • Guests can also count on the support of the local concierge, Lírio, a specialist in the region, who can arrange tours, give tips, arrange fish and seafood, and help with any special needs that may arise. • The outdoor area is monitored by cameras, ensuring more comfort and safety during your stay.
