You will need to perform the following tasks prior to check-out: A. Please place all dirty dishes and utensils in the dishwasher and turn it on. B. Please pick up all trash, papers, etc., and leave space free of debris of any kind or excess sand. C. Please dispose of all food and drinks in the refrigerator and cabinets. D. Please dispose of trash in the trash can outside the unit. Do not stack trash on the outside of the trash can. E. Please leave both thermostats on 74 degrees upon departure, if you are visiting during the warm weather season. F. Please make sure the balcony doors are closed and the front door closed and locked when you depart. Pet Waste Policy – Please Read We’re so glad you’ve chosen to bring your furry friend along for your stay! To help keep our property and community clean and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow our pet waste policy: Please clean up after your dog immediately. • Always carry waste bags with you when walking your dog. • Pick up all pet waste, even in natural or wooded areas. • Dispose of waste bags properly in the designated trash bins — do not leave bags on the ground, in the landscaping, or on patios/decks.
