The house offers 3 rooms: 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suites and 1 with a bathroom, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 more bedroom with 2 single beds and a game room. Own laundry. On the upper floor we offer ample gourmet space, with fireplace, balcony with an unobstructed view, toilet, wood-fired oven. The kitchen is stocked with all the basic utensils. WIFI with great internet, quiet neighborhood and quiet location. Private uncovered parking space for 2 large cars or 3 small cars. The condominium offers other parking areas according to availability. Leisure area common to residents and guests: a club offering a large swimming pool, children's entertainment area, volleyball court, grass soccer field, organic garden according to availability on the day of harvest. Our house does not have a barbecue and portable barbecues are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed, as it is an environmental protection area. In the condominium's leisure area, the condominium offers a gourmet space with a refrigerator, stove and barbecue for rent, subject to availability. Schedule at the entrance and pay the rental directly to the owner because the charge will come in the condominium fee. Guest access You will have access to the exclusive indoor pool, solarium deck and observatory, lower deck with a small trail, gazebo and sun lounger. Other things to note The place is close to the environmental area, it is normal to observe wild animals in the surroundings and on the condo premises. Mosquitoes are rare, but it's good to bring repellent. Always bring warm clothing because early in the morning it is very cool and can be a little cold. The view of nature is exuberant!
